Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement features, and deliver scalable solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure product quality and performance
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement innovative solutions
- Document technical specifications, create unit tests, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Contribute to agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Proven experience in software development with strong programming fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of database systems, APIs, and cloud technologies is advantageous
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
