In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our financial products by designing and implementing robust automated testing frameworks. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside talented developers and product managers to drive the delivery of scalable software to our clients worldwide.
Your expertise in Java and Test Automation will allow you to bridge the gap between development and QA, integrating seamless testing into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about quality engineering and enjoys solving complex technical challenges to enhance user experience and system reliability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Java and industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Test Managers, Developers, and Release Engineers to define testing strategies and scope.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot failures to ensure 100% code coverage on critical paths.
- Integrate automated testing tools into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous feedback and faster release cycles.
- Perform API testing and validation using tools like Postman and RestAssured.
- Document test cases, defects, and execution reports to maintain transparency and improve process efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Test Automation and propose innovative solutions to improve QA processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Java programming with a strong understanding of OOP principles and multithreading.
- Extensive experience in Test Automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and testing tools (JUnit, TestNG).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation during testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global distributed team.
