Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to multiple software development teams to drive high-quality delivery.
- Define and implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Oversee the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Monitor team performance, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a culture of continuous professional development.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of enterprise-grade features.
- Act as a technical advisor for complex problem-solving and troubleshooting across the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in managing agile software development teams and delivering large-scale software products.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and strategic resource planning.
