- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
- Drive architecture decisions and ensure adherence to modern software design principles and best practices.
- Manage cloud migration initiatives, optimizing infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud migration strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
