Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to ensure project delivery and professional growth
- Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle from conception through deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Implement Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance team productivity and code quality
- Make strategic decisions on technology stack, architecture, and process improvements
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and remove impediments to team progress
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and team morale to maintain high standards
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years software development experience with 3+ years in leadership/management roles
- Strong technical background in full-stack development and cloud technologies
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in complex system design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
