Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee full software development lifecycle from initiation to deployment
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Monitor project KPIs, manage risks, and mitigate blockers proactively
- Prepare detailed project documentation including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software project management with proven track record
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional development teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with risk management and budget oversight for tech projects
