Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical software support and troubleshooting for customers worldwide.
- Evaluate customer modification requests and conduct feasibility studies for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to deploy software patches and upgrades.
- Perform comprehensive system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal software performance.
- Document technical workflows, solutions, and support processes to improve internal knowledge bases.
- Proactively identify software bottlenecks and suggest performance optimization strategies.
- Assist in the integration of custom software modules into existing hardware systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in industrial automation or systems integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable software solutions.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and debugging frameworks.
