WS Audiology is seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to drive the development of our next-generation B2B software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate within a dynamic, cross-functional agile environment, utilizing Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality, scalable software products. Tanggung Jawab
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Agile Collaboration: actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Requirements Analysis: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
- Testing: Assist in the testing and QA processes to ensure software reliability and user satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of development processes and the integration of CI/CD pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack or backend development skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and version control tools like Git.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
