Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and modern development methodologies
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal system performance
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development lifecycle and deployment strategies
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and programming
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with database technologies and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
