Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions for on-premise, BPaaS, and SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to refine ABR/S baselines and enhance existing system architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to resolve technical debt and improve stability.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge sharing for team-wide initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and financial regulations in all developed modules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C++, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-based services (SaaS/PaaS) and on-premise deployment environments.
- Solid understanding of database management and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational team setting.
