Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems and financial applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, quants, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability
- Optimize system performance and scalability to handle increasing data volumes and user demands
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
- Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or high-performance data processing applications
- Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems is a plus
