Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines to support large-scale AI and LLM initiatives.
- Implement and optimize inference engines for Large Language Models to improve speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Zoho's enterprise software ecosystem.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in AI-driven microservices.
- Build scalable infrastructure to handle large volumes of unstructured data for model training and fine-tuning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture design discussions to ensure system reliability and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong track record in backend development (Python, Java, or C++).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and prior exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, LangChain).
- Proficiency in designing and managing data pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, or Spark.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
