Are you a visionary engineer looking to shape the future of artificial intelligence? We are building Sophon, an AI-native operating system designed to bridge the gap between unstructured data and autonomous business actions. We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our founding team in a 0→1 capacity.
Working directly alongside the CEO, you will have the unique opportunity to define the architectural foundations of our platform. This role is not for someone who wants to maintain legacy code; it is for a builder, an innovator, and a problem-solver who thrives in the fast-paced environment of an early-stage venture. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and build the core components of Sophon’s AI-native operating system from the ground up.
- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, process, and structure unstructured business inputs.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to iterate on product vision and rapidly prototype new features.
- Integrate advanced LLM frameworks and agents to automate complex enterprise workflows.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the platform as we move from MVP to scale.
- Contribute to the engineering culture, developer tools, and best practices within the team.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Deep proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Proven track record of building and deploying cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced technical environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve unstructured, ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-impact, direct-report environment.
