You will be at the heart of our technical ecosystem, building and scaling the backend services that power our strategic backoffice Customer Admin platform.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for our proprietary Customer Admin platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive compliance data within our backoffice tools.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Document technical processes and system workflows to ensure knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, or Go).
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines (AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
