Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for biomedical data processing and analysis
- Implement data pipelines and APIs to support research workflows and clinical applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance for handling large-scale genomic and clinical datasets
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to the evolution of our cloud-based data platform architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with strong Java/Python skills
- Expertise in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark)
- Familiarity with biomedical data formats (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and healthcare IT standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments
- Prior exposure to bioinformatics or healthcare data systems highly advantageous
