Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability software components for the national health data platform.
- Implement secure coding practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive health information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from architectural design to deployment and monitoring.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with national cybersecurity standards and data regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in backend development or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of security principles, data encryption, and secure API development.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
