Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and implement best-in-class user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and coding conventions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex bugs and performance issues to ensure application stability.
- Optimize database queries and improve overall application speed and responsiveness for a seamless user experience.
- Conduct technical research and propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP).
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on transparent collaboration.
