Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both front-end and back-end environments.
- Engage in agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Engineer, with a strong command of the Java programming language.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks for backend development.
- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React/Vue preferred but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and Microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and communicate effectively with team members.
