Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable distributed systems for Google Ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management and UX to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security to ensure a seamless experience for global advertisers.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while participating in rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement in development pipelines and deployment automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as C++, Java, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale data processing technologies.
- Proven ability to write well-documented, clean code and engage in peer code reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging complex systems.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, international team environment.
