Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable backend systems for Google Pay’s global payment platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance the user experience and merchant integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment and monitoring.
- Analyze and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and low latency for financial transactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure operational health of our services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in software development with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, Python, Go).
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and designing for scalability and reliability.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in the financial or payments technology domain is a strong plus.
