Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability across the codebase.
- Optimize front-end and back-end services for maximum speed and responsiveness.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve delivery time.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural decision-making processes.
- Identify and debug complex technical issues in live production environments during night shift hours.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#).
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to thrive in a night-shift environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
