- Develop and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software modules for production monitoring and control
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems for automated manufacturing processes
- Create robust software solutions for IoT device integration and data acquisition
- Provide technical support and system optimization for manufacturing software infrastructure
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless software-hardware integration
- Document system architectures, technical specifications, and operational procedures
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for industrial control systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial software development
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of MES implementation and integration methodologies
- Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus) and edge computing
- Proficient in programming languages (C#, Python, or C++) and database systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
