We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team in Sri Petaling. The ideal candidate possesses over 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, specifically within the J2EE and JEE ecosystems. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust backend solutions using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate, while also maintaining legacy systems built on JSF and Struts. A strong command of SQL for database management and proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential. Additionally, as a Mandarin speaker, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication gaps within our diverse project teams. This is a full-time opportunity to drive technical innovation in the Information & Communication Technology sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java (J2EE/JEE) and Spring Boot.
- Integrate and optimize complex database interactions using SQL and Hibernate ORM.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all projects.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Maintain and improve legacy systems using JSF and Struts frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in Java software development.
- Strong expertise in J2EE, JEE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSF, and Struts.
- Proficient in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse fluently in Mandarin.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
