Are you passionate about building scalable, high-impact internal tools? ByteDance is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Information System team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, and construction of our enterprise-grade low-code platform.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable components for our internal low-code/no-code platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify system bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
- Design intuitive APIs and visual interfaces that streamline application development for non-technical users.
- Maintain and optimize existing internal systems to ensure high availability and data integrity.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for system architecture.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures within the platform ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven expertise in modern web development frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Golang, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex internal workflows.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
