Our team is responsible for the backbone of global payment solutions, handling complex transaction routing, payment acquisitions, and secure disbursements for millions of users worldwide.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance payment processing services and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse payment channels and financial networks globally.
- Optimize system performance, transaction latency, and database architecture for peak traffic loads.
- Implement rigorous security protocols, data encryption, and fraud detection mechanisms within the payment pipeline.
- Participate in full-stack development, including API design, microservices architecture, and system monitoring.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into production issues to ensure high availability and reliability of payment platforms.
- Engage in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high engineering standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and message queuing (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience working with payment protocols, banking APIs, or financial transaction systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (Redis/Cassandra) technologies.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly concurrent code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
