Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Manufacturing Execution System (MES) modules tailored to specific production requirements.
- Develop and implement Factory Integration solutions to connect and synchronize various industrial systems and equipment.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis to ensure high system availability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production engineers, PLC specialists, and IT architects, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and technical documentation to ensure software quality and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to drive continuous improvement in production efficiency.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new software features and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with MES, ERP, or SCADA systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, Oracle) and middleware for data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
