As part of this mission-critical team, you will design, develop, and maintain the cloud-native foundation that empowers our global ecosystem, including TikTok, CapCut, and other industry-leading products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable distributed systems to support ByteDance’s global services.
- Develop and optimize cloud-native infrastructure components, microservices frameworks, and platform tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement effective technical solutions.
- Enhance platform reliability, observability, and efficiency through automation and data-driven improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, design documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to mentor junior team members.
- Ensure the highest standards of security, stability, and performance across all platform services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development or platform engineering.
- Proficiency in one or more core languages such as Go, C++, or Java.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
