Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, or C#)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Expertise in system design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
