Join Realtek's dynamic engineering team as a Software Engineer specializing in Test Automation. You'll design and implement cutting-edge automated test scenarios aligned with product test plans and acceptance criteria. This role requires managing end-to-end automated test frameworks to ensure comprehensive quality coverage for our semiconductor and connectivity solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines while maintaining test reliability and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automated test scenarios based on test plans and acceptance criteria
- Manage end-to-end automated test framework lifecycle including maintenance and optimization
- Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Identify, document, and resolve defects through systematic testing approaches
- Enhance test coverage through innovative automation scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to implement quality gates
- Stay current with industry testing tools and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in test automation and software testing
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python/Java/C#)
- Expertise in testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
