In this mission-critical role, you will design and implement robust payment solutions, manage high-concurrency transaction flows, and develop systems that ensure the security and efficiency of global fund movements.
As part of the Global Payments engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex financial logic and scalable software architecture. You will work on cutting-edge payment acquisitions, disbursements, and reconciliation systems, directly impacting millions of users across our global applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance payment services to handle massive global transaction volumes.
- Architect robust treasury management systems, focusing on reconciliation, liquidity optimization, and fund safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, risk, and compliance to implement seamless payment solutions.
- Ensure system availability and low latency during peak traffic periods through rigorous performance tuning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that adheres to industry-leading security and quality standards.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient technical designs and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analysis to prevent system regressions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development with proficiency in Go, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with high-concurrency payment systems or financial technology platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL optimization, and NoSQL technologies.
- Proven ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
