- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Define and execute the long-term engineering strategy and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, robust, and high-quality software solutions for regional and global markets.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, including TDD, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage project lifecycles, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the organization at the forefront of the ICT sector.
- Promote an agile mindset and optimize development processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing distributed or regional engineering teams in a fast-growing environment.
- Deep technical expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, system design, and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and a strong commitment to DevOps principles.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
