- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of software engineers and ML specialists.
- Drive the technical strategy and development roadmap for Cloud ML Compute services.
- Architect and implement scalable distributed systems to handle massive ML workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver AI breakthroughs.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's or PhD is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, machine learning infrastructure, and cloud computing (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and engineering teams.
