- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers focused on geospatial technologies.
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Google Maps platform features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance at scale.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Drive innovation in mapping algorithms and data processing pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of management experience.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing engineering teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
