Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-caliber software engineers, fostering an environment of technical rigor and psychological safety.
- Drive the design and development of scalable, cloud-native payment integrations within the Google Wallet ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, UX, and Security teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Provide technical guidance on system architecture, code reviews, and operational best practices for distributed systems.
- Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality production standards.
- Champion initiatives to improve platform reliability, security, and latency for critical payment services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusivity within the engineering organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a direct management or team lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining distributed, cloud-native systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of payment protocols, API integrations, and secure transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in large-scale, high-traffic consumer product environments.
