Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and iterate on complex prompts to optimize LLM performance for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and business process improvements.
- Perform rigorous testing and evaluation of model outputs for accuracy, bias, and alignment with corporate compliance standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of reusable prompt templates and best-practice documentation.
- Analyze AI performance metrics to identify gaps and continuously improve response quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Generative AI capabilities and prompt engineering methodologies within the organization.
- Partner with data engineers and software developers to integrate LLM workflows into existing QBE software platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering, chain-of-thought prompting, and fine-tuning LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source equivalents).
- Strong proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting languages for AI model interaction and API integration.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Understanding of data privacy and AI ethics in a heavily regulated industry like insurance.
