Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture and design of high-quality C# and .NET solutions across Windows and Linux environments.
- Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and implement scalable fixes.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework/Core.
- Proven experience leading development teams in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable, and performant software architectures.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
