Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end software integration projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and security protocols
- Manage project documentation and communication protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management
- Proven track record in software integration and system deployment
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and integration frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
