OpenText is seeking a dedicated Software Licensing Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our software assets are optimized, compliant, and aligned with global corporate policies. You will work closely with cross-functional IT and procurement teams to mitigate risks, manage vendor relationships, and drive transparency across our software ecosystem.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end software license lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to decommissioning.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and vendor terms.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to maintain an accurate inventory of software assets using SAM tools.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through license reclamation and optimization of underutilized software.
- Support global software audits by preparing documentation, analyzing usage data, and coordinating with external auditors.
- Develop and implement policies regarding software acquisition and usage to minimize legal and financial risks.
- Analyze vendor contracts to provide insights on entitlement, maintenance renewals, and compliance obligations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or software licensing compliance.
- Deep understanding of software licensing models (e.g., perpetual, subscription, SaaS, cloud-based).
- Proven experience working with SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow Software, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex licensing terms to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry certifications such as CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) or ITAM-related credentials are a distinct advantage.
