Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of software development for automation machinery, from initial design to site commissioning.
- Define and enforce rigorous PLC programming standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and maintainability across all projects.
- Manage technical resource allocation and project timelines to meet stringent delivery deadlines.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex PLC/HMI systems and resolve mission-critical integration issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and mechanical engineering departments to optimize machine architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and system audits to maintain the highest quality of industrial software output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation software management.
- Expert-level proficiency in major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, or Mitsubishi).
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherCAT, Modbus, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in managing the full project lifecycle from conceptual design to final handover.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on machine safety and efficiency standards.
