TCT Automation is currently seeking a highly skilled Software & PLC Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team in Karawang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our automation projects, translating complex operational requirements into efficient, high-performance PLC and HMI systems.
You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, commission, and optimize industrial automation systems that drive efficiency for our clients. We are looking for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering robust, scalable code for modern manufacturing challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, program, and debug PLC and HMI systems for various industrial automation projects.
- Design control logic and electrical schematics to meet specific client requirements.
- Perform on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machines and automation systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate software with physical components.
- Optimize existing code for performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, operation manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, or Allen Bradley).
- Strong proficiency in HMI design and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
- Solid understanding of electrical control panels and circuit design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding industrial environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
