Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust in-house software applications using various programming languages and tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve software defects and ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing software systems, including upgrades, modifications, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed software and processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance software development processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably with in-house business applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and experience with SQL queries.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
