Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end software project lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination between developers, QA, and business units
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software project management with 2+ years in leadership
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding MYR 500,000
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience delivering enterprise-level software solutions in APAC markets
