Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies for software releases.
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across various software platforms.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through the internal bug tracking database, working closely with developers for resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews to identify potential risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Perform compatibility testing to ensure a seamless user experience across diverse hardware configurations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and automation tools.
- Provide detailed quality reports and status updates to project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira or Bugzilla.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and actionable bug reports.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
