Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify software defects
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Document and report bugs with detailed steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve QA processes, tools, and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
