Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive manual test cases to identify functional defects and usability issues
- Document test results, defects, and quality metrics in tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Perform regression testing to ensure new changes don't compromise existing functionality
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test case documentation
- Participate in requirements analysis to define testable acceptance criteria
- Communicate testing progress and risks to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of manual testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with test case management systems
- Knowledge of web/mobile application testing best practices
