In this remote, part-time position, you'll work closely with our Product Managers and development team to report and document issues, suggest improvements, and verify that fixes are implemented correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct functional testing of software applications to ensure all features work as expected
- Simulate real user behavior to identify usability issues and potential improvements
- Document and report bugs, defects, and other issues in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to prioritize and resolve issues
- Verify that reported bugs have been fixed and no new issues have been introduced
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes don't break existing functionality
- Participate in the development and maintenance of test cases and test plans
- Provide constructive feedback to improve the overall user experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify even the smallest issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting issues
- Ability to think from a user's perspective and anticipate potential usability problems
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in using bug tracking tools and test management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment
