Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive manual testing procedures to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document, track, and report bugs with detailed information for development teams
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation
- Perform regression testing to verify that new changes don't impact existing functionality
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Stay updated with industry best practices in software quality assurance methodologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or consumer technology applications is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
