Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on technical specifications and user requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Perform various testing types, including manual, regression, functional, and API testing to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes throughout the development cycle.
- Design and maintain automated testing scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide QA perspectives on project timelines and risks.
- Conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and SDLC/STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Katalon Studio.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database validation and back-end testing.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
