Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases for complex software applications
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure quality alignment
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation to maintain system integrity
- Utilize defect management tools to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to improve quality processes
- Stay updated with industry testing tools and methodologies to enhance QA practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is advantageous
