Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software products.
- Execute manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms to ensure feature functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify requirements and provide early feedback during the development phase.
- Establish and maintain robust CI/CD automation frameworks to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Conduct thorough regression, performance, and security testing to minimize production issues.
- Document, track, and escalate bugs using tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Software QA or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database validation and backend testing.
- Experience with CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to troubleshooting.
